For many of us we have been taught that sexuality is something to be ashamed of. We are conditioned to reject our desires, and we shut out those parts of ourselves that society says is wrong and dirty.

In doing so, we lose touch with our divinity.
We forget that our sensuality is sacred.
We become a reflection of what others want us to be instead of living in our truth.
